郑果所科研人员赴西班牙参加第12届蔷薇科基因组会议

为增强我国蔷薇科树种科研国际交流，推进政府间国际科技创新合作国家重点研发计划项目”中国-西班牙桃优质、广适分子育种研究与应用“的进展，2025年5月6-12日，中国农业科学院郑州果树研究所一行5人受邀赴西班牙参加第12届蔷薇科基因组会议，并对加泰罗尼亚农科院进行了访问。

会议期间，李勇副研究员、段文宜助理研究员、在读博士生魏鹏程分别做了题为”Panvariome and pangenome of 1,020 global peach accessions shed light on evolution patterns, hidden natural variations and efficient gene discovery”、“Combined volatile metabolome and transcriptome analysis of 60 peach cultivars provide new insights into the formation of aroma and the identification of associated genes“和”Masking of deleterious variations in heterozygous states contributes to heterosis in peach”的口头学术报告。吴金龙副研究员和孙世航助理研究员分别进行了题为”Genome-based genetic and breeding studies on red-fleshed peaches (Prunus persica）“和“A translocation between chromosome 6 and 8 influences lncRNA_MYB114 and PpRPP13 expression and underpins red leaf trait and powdery mildew resistance in peach”的墙报交流。

在访问西班牙加泰罗尼亚农科院IRTA试验室和杂交育种试验基地期间，与扁桃基因组与育种研究专家Iban Eduardo和桃遗传育种专家Pere Arus进行了深入交流。一行人还实地考察了IRTA果树试验站，对梨砧木育种、苹果砧木育种、抗热苹果育种、苹果新品种测试、抗病育种、砧木评价、栽培技术研发等试验基地参观学习。（通讯员：齐文莉）
